The Pilates Chair assists with creating an incredibly beneficial workout that improves posture through core and scapular stabilization exercises, as well as overall balance and body control. These particular exercises increase spinal flexion, extension, rotation and side bending through an array of movements. The Pilates chair also focuses on the alignment of the back and promotes strengthening of the muscles around the spine and scapula.
